Mediation & Negotiation

Once we have gathered all the required information from you and the Lender we will discuss with you a suitable and affordable additional monthly amount that you should be able to pay, based on our examination of your Income & Expenditure. Depending on the level of service that you choose and the time available we will structure and submit a proposal to the Lender and their Solicitor to clear your arrears over a period of time. The proposal that we present will satisfy all the relevant sections of law. We have a network of senior contacts in most of the best known Lenders and we can escalate your case. We have had great success in getting evictions cancelled as a result of our mediation and negotiation and if this is possible, it means that you will avoid the need to go to court.
