At Lender & Court Services we pride ourselves on giving the best advice we can regarding your situation. We will provide you with a free assessment of your case and explain your legal rights free of charge once we have our on-line application fully completed. If you decide to use our service and instruct us to act on your behalf officially we do charge modest fees that include us mediating and liaising with your lender and if required representing you at court. The fee we charge is dependent on the complexity of your case but on average is between £200 – £500, depending on if you are represented at court. We have access to a network of experienced and qualified Court Advocates and Barristers. We will send you full terms and conditions of our service before you decide to proceed.
